While I found some interesting information in this book, it was incredibly hard to get through. Much of this is driven by the author's writing style. I'm left feeling that things could have been a bit more concise in presentation.I found myself falling asleep in almost every chapter. And this is coming from a guy that doesn't mind reading a programming language or math book (which some people would probably say would be books that would put them to sleep). I managed to make it to the end, however, I found I had to skim over section to achieve this. Especially near the end.Given the overall amount of effort I had to expend reading this and the value of information I got from it, it wasn't worth the time. This book has been recognized by Agile Thoughts podcast as an important contribution to the Agile community.Coaching Agile teams is loaded with chapters of techniques for working with your Agile teams without "screwing them up" by being heavy handed.
